It is lazy Sunday, except today is not so lazy! I've been cooking all day! I'm trying to eat healthier, so I cooked up a ton of stuff so I can just grab it. No time to cook during the week, so gotta do it up ahead of time. I also realized that part of my problem is taking food out to defrost and then having it go bad before I get around to actually cooking it, so I threw some cooked stuff in the freezer today. That way I just need to defrost!
Other than cooking, I just surfed the net all day and listened to my podcasts which I am really far behind on! I need to delete some, but I like all of them. Maybe I just need more time!
