What is this world coming to?

Today's headlines were really disturbing - someone slashing a baby out of another woman's womb to steal it???!!! I mean, that is beyond words. The woman who did this is clearly a psychopath. And I really don't know what else to say about this, other than it is upsetting that this kind of crap actually happens in the world.
