So I have some exciting fitness related news. This is good because the damn scale keeps vacillating between the same 5 lbs. *grrr* I was doing stretching last night at home and there was a huge improvement! My flexibility bites, so I have been faithfully stretching in the pool every time I workout. Hiroshi said he could see a big improvement too. So that makes me happy :)
Also noticed that the swimming and mitt classes have made my muscles wake up. My biceps and triceps are hard - ok except for the squishy layer of fat overtop, but otherwise there is some nice muscle in there. My calves are also changing shape. So all of this is good. Just gotta keep on keepin' on. The scale will eventually move.
